The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has further extended the moratorium period for companies to make application to strike off the name of dormant companies from the Companies Register under Section 308 of the CA 1965 to 31 December 2009. This moratorium period was first introduced by SSM which commenced from 1 April 2009 to 30 September 2009.
