Public Ruling No. 8/2012 : Real Estate Investment Trusts/Property Trust Funds

The Inland Revenue Board has on 2 November 2012 issued Public Ruling No. 8/2012 : Real Estate Investment Trusts / Property Trust Funds. The objective of this Ruling is to explain the real estate investment trusts / property trust funds and Islamic real estate investment trusts in Malaysia.
